Large patio doors in the hall lead to the garden and the walled sun terrace which surrounds the 8×3.5 metre electrically heated swimming pool which is accessed by roman steps. This area is quite secluded and provides a good level of privacy. An outside jacuzzi. barbecue, ample sun beds and dining furniture make it ideal for al fresco dining and relaxation in a wind protected setting. The pretty terrace outside the living room provides a very secluded terrace and a protected sun trap.

Interior

Bedroom 1 with double bed and built in wardrobes and chest of drawers with mirror and bench. There is also a safe in the wardrobe and the en-suite bathroom

Bedroom 2 and 3 are both with twin beds and built in wardrobes. Both have large windows.

Bathrooms: En-suite to Bedroom 1 with bath/shower, double sinks, bidet and wc.

Bathroom 2 with double sinks walk in shower with doors, wc.

The very spacious, bright kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer and microwave.

The utility area has a washing machine and clothes horse for drying. This area is open roof but with high walls to protect from wind.

The living area is combined with dining area. It has large windows looking out to the terrace and lovely garden. There is a large television and DVD player, as well as a satellite system and compact music player.

Accessibility

The villa has a ramp to the front door to allow for wheelchair access. There are two steps leading to the bedrooms through the hallway.
High walls around the property and sliding driveway gates give this property extra privacy.

Coast/Beach

The location of the villa is ideal for holiday makers who want to be near to all the amenities of the resort, at the same time as being in a residential area. It is a 10 minute walk into the picturesque old harbour area, where there is a vast selection of good, Canarian restaurants. Here one can sit and relax while watching the activities of the port and enjoy marvellous sunsets, or join one of the many boat excursions. The smaller beach of Playa Chico is within 10 minutes walk.

Special interest holidays

We a happy to provide any information to quests which would help make your holiday the best experience possible. An information book is in the villa which is specific to the house and also to the surrounding area. It also outlines some excursions that are well worth doing and can be highly recommended.

Travel

Arrecife airport is a 10 minute drive away.
A car is not essential since so much is within walking distance.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service

For guests staying for longer than one week there is a weekly maid service and a mid-week towel change.

Any extra services desired are on request.

We leave a welcome pack of milk, water, juice, sugar, tea, coffee, toilet roll for each bathroom and soap.

Booking notes

If you book the villa within 6 weeks of your arrival, full payment needs to be made.

A 40% deposit is required when booking before six weeks of arrival and the balance paid at 6 weeks before arrival.
