A gate in the garden leads out to the sea front and onto the promenade. This stretches a few kilometres along the sea front, from the King of Spain’s holiday home near the villa, all the way through Costa Teguise to the excellent windsurfing beach at Las Cucharas. It is well lit at night and ideal for an evening stroll to a wide choice of local and international restaurants. The nearest sandy beach is Playa Bastian which is a five minute walk. The rocky seafront by the villa is perfect for fishing enthusiasts and for beachcombing at low tide. A supermarket, the nearest restaurant, a cyber café and a fitness centre are within a two minutes walk. Costa Teguise is host to a lovely golf course and a large water park, both of which are a short drive from the villa. There is a large outdoor area for dining and lounging. This area has a pergola for shade if desired. The living are is huge with plenty of seating. Full wifi is included in the price. The bedrooms have windows facing the ocean and the master bedroom has a walk out door to the terrace and ocean. There is a large roof terrace space for lounging with privacy. This villa has an automatic gated entrance for added security and peacefulness. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and the main living area has air conditioning with remote control. The large living area is wonderful for children to have amble space to play and the gate at the back of the property can be locked to keep children secure in the property. Outside: The property is accessed through a charming, totally private courtyard with mature palm trees. Patio doors from the living room and the master suite lead onto a magnificent, covered terrace from where one looks straight out to the ocean. The cozy, sheltered, terrace area overlooks the 7x4 metre, electrically heated swimming pool, with ladder steps. The terrace is well furnished with a comfortable seating area and a large, wooden dining table. Enjoy cooking fresh fish or steaks on the built in BBQ. Stairs from the main terrace lead up to a large roof terrace which also has breathtaking, panoramic views over the ocean and the surrounding coastline. There is a large umbrella for extra shade as well as large teak wood sun beds with built in trays for your drinks on the large front line terrace. From here one can often catch sightings of dolphins or whales. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: A welcome pack, pool heating, towel change in the middle of your week and a full linen change and clean if staying 9 nights or more are all included in the price. Pool cleaned 2 times per week. Other: The dining room has a large, round, marble topped table overlooking the living room. A large sky light makes this area bright and cozy at the same time.
